OncoTriMD

OncoTriMD is an integrated database providing a repository of cancer-type-centric multi-scale oncogenic drivers. Utilizing omics data from multiple cohorts (The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA PanCanAtlas project), International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC Release 28), and METABRIC (Molecular Taxonomy of Breast Cancer International Consortium)), we implemented prediction algorithms and manually curated sources collected from external databases, PubMed literature, experimental validation, and predicted results to compile a comprehensive list of multi-scale cancer drivers, including mutations, genes, modules, and non-coding elements. OncoTriMD facilitates the exploration and analysis of all dimensions of cancer drivers, including driver mutations, driver genes, driver modules, and non-coding drivers, providing comprehensive and up-to-date insights into multi-scale oncogenic drivers centered on cancer types.
