Overview
CovEpiAb is a curated database and analysis resource for human coronaviruses (HCoVs) immune epitopes and antibodies. It includes
66 210 experimentally validated B-cell epitopes and 3209 T-cell epitopes, 5304 antibodies with interaction profiles, virological
data on 16 SARS-CoV-2 variants, and efficacy results from 57 vaccines, 38 antibodies, and 13 convalescent plasma samples.
Also offers epitope prediction and analysis through COVEP pipeline for identifying conserved epitopes. CovEpiAb serves as a valuable
resource that would be benefit for the development of effective broad-spectrum vaccines and neutralizing antibodies against HCoVs.

Features
- Curating immune epitopes and integrating an epitope prediction pipeline (COVEP) to facilitate the identification of conserved cross-reactive epitopes for broad-spectrum vaccine development.
- Providing refined antibody annotation, enabling the analysis of binding and neutralization profiles against HCoVs and aiding in the identification of potential therapeutic targets.
- Offering virological characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 VOCs and efficacy data for therapeutics, allowing researchers to assess the impact of emerging variants on existing vaccines and treatments.
