Search – TRAIT: T-cell Receptor-Antigen InTeraction database

How does it work

The “Search” page provides a comprehensive repository of experimentally verified TCR-antigen pairs in TRAIT. The retrieved results including brief descriptions of the TCR-antigen pair are displayed in a new table, and the selection of “ID” in the first column returns a result page containing more detailed interaction features inferring sequences, structures and affinities on the matching term.
The database can be searched using TCR, antigen, interaction information and record metadata field filters:
• Click on the corresponding links above to select the filters, the query term can be either a CDR3 sequence of TCR, information of antigen, interactive information, or metadata.
• When a certain peptide is searched, the statistical list of the corresponding TCR records in TRAIT will be displayed.
Click the "ID" in the first column returns a result page containing more detailed interaction features inferring sequences, structures and affinities on the matching term.
• The filtered table can be exported or copied as a text file using the button under the result table.

If an error occurs during your search, it indicates that the data exceeds the imposed restriction and cannot be displayed in tabular form. Please add restrictions or utilize the "Download" interface to obtain the original data for filtering purposes.

Enter a term of interest in order to find its interactional information.
