Omics – TRAIT: T-cell Receptor-Antigen InTeraction database

Omics

Single-cell-based technologies can typically measure paired TCR from the individual cell, enabling more profound biological insight than inferring by analyzing TCRs from a group of cells.
Here we tried to describe a single-cell-based map of TCR/antigen pairs.
• 50 epitopes with cognate interactive TCRs and non-interactive TCRs.
• 20,251 interactive TCR records and 7,927,923 non-interactive TCR records.
• Users can click the #pos button to get more information of interactive pairs.
• Users can click the #neg button to download non-interacted pairs records.
• A key word about ID, HLA, peptide, Gene, Species of interest can be searched.
