Mutations
Data of mutations is necessary for the fact that affinity and specificity brought by variants plays an important role in the engineered TCRs and vaccines design. In TRAIT, a total of 1,269 TCR/antigen mutants are displayed on the "mutations" page to analyze their specific recognition traits and benefit immunotherapies.
• 641 TCR mutatants targeting 41 pMHCs can be accessed by clicking on the peptide name.
• 628 antigen mutations for 65 TCRs can be accessed by clicking on the TCR name.
• Note: SPR, surface plasmon resonance; NB, no binding detected; ND, binding detected, but waek and not quantified; NA, not avaliable; TCRs that cannot bind to pHLA (i.e., not selected) or have an affinity value greater than 200 are defined as non-binding (binding FALSE)
