Site Summary
  • To gain insights into the adaptive immune response against SARS-CoV-2, we display a variety of resources collected together at the sites of SARS-CoV-2 S protein, including antibody binding sites, experimentally validated T-cell and B-cell epitopes, predicted T-cell and B-cell epitopes, mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 variants, and conservation scores in HCoVs.
  • Descriptions
#Ab_binding: Indicates the number of antibodies binding to the site. Click to explore all antibodies binding to the site.
#Val_EpiT: Indicates the number of experimentally validated T-cell epitopes encompassing the site. Click to explore those including the site.
#Val_EpiB: Indicates the number of experimentally validated B-cell epitopes encompassing the site. Click to explore those including the site.
#Pred_EpiT_I: Indicates the number of predicted MHC class I T-cell epitopes containing the site. Click to explore all and their prediction scores.
#Pred_EpiT_II: Indicates the number of predicted MHC class II T-cell epitopes containing this site. Click to explore all and their prediction scores.
Pred_EpiB: Represents the B-cell prediction score for the site. Six prediction tools contribute to a total score of 6. See Predicted Epitope page for more details.
#Mutation: Indicates the number of variants within the SARS-CoV database exhibiting mutations at the site. See Variants page for more details.
Conservation: Represents the conservation score of the site in human coronaviruses, ranging between 0 and 1. See Conservation page for more details.
