67 neoantigens that have been validated to be presented to the cell surface and have immunogenicity are labeled tier1.

1190 neoantigens that have only been validated as immunogenic are labeled tier2.

599 neoantigens that have only been validated to be presented to the cell surface are labeled tier3.

Among the collected neoantigens, 22 are Fusion-derived, 125 are INDEL-derived, 23 are non-coding-derived, 33 are RNA splice-derived and remains are SNV-derived.
