biomarkers to predict therapeutic effects of immune checkpoint blockade therapy and potential targets for cancer immunotherapy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TNSAdb v1.0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> is developed based on pan-cancer immunogenomic analyses of somatic mutation data and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele information for 16 tumor types with 7748 tumor samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas (<strong>TCGA<\/strong>) and The Cancer Immunome Atlas (<strong>TCIA<\/strong>).<\/span><\/span> We predicted binding affinities between mutant\/wild-type peptides and HLA class I molecules <span
